Description

It is a tree that reaches 25 meters in height and 60 cm in diameter, is erect and well branched. The bark is reddish with hard wood. The leaves are 10 cm long, perennial, leathery, whole and petiolated.

Leaves

Long leaves of 10 to 30 cm, with small white flowers, with a very hard reddish-brown bark.

Chuchuhuasi is indicated to treat pathologies such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, body stiffness, osteoporosis. It deflates and, due to its analgesic properties, relieves low back pain and relaxes the muscles. It fights bone problems and has a beneficial action in recovering from fractures, sprains or strains.

Chuchuhuasi also has the virtue of acting as a good healing and organic restorative for sexual and postpartum, because it is a powerful tonic that revitalizes and delivers energy to the body.
